(a) Council hereby authorizes the City Manager and the Chief of Police to negotiate the price for use of the Bedford jail facility for the housing of prisoners by all other governmental entities including Cuyahoga County.
(b) The Chief of Police or any Administrative personnel of the Police Department shall keep an accurate record of the use of City of Bedford jail facilities by other governmental entities and shall promptly furnish such information on a monthly basis to the office of the Director of Finance for invoicing the appropriate governmental entity using said Bedford jail facilities.
(c) The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to forward copies of this section to the Sheriff of Cuyahoga County, Ohio; the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio; the United States Marshal for the Northern District of Ohio; and Mayors of all municipalities that use this jail.
(d) The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to forward copies of this section to the Sheriff of Cuyahoga County, Ohio; the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio; the United States Marshal for the Northern District of Ohio; and Mayors of all adjacent municipalities.
