The Division of Building shall be charged with the duty of issuing building, plumbing, sewer and electrical permits in the City, and the inspection of construction thereunder under the rules and regulations of the Department, subject to the provisions of the Building Code, Plumbing Code and any other ordinances or laws of the City which may be applicable to the Division.
