137.06 DIVISION OF FIRE.

Compare to:

(a) There is established a Division of Fire within the Department of Public Safety, consisting of a Fire Chief and such other full-time employees as may be authorized by ordinance of Council.

(b) All members of the Division of Fire shall have all the powers provided by the laws of the State for the protection of lives and property in case of fire and shall exercise the same in such manner as may be provided by the rules of the Division and the orders of the Director of Safety and the Chief.
