137.03 DEPARTMENT POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Department of Public Safety shall have the complete management, care, custody and control of all police and fire equipment and accessories used in connection therewith and any and all other records or property that would necessarily be used by any other division of the Department, and shall be charged with the duty of keeping appropriate records under the direction of the City Manager and with such other and further duties as may from time to time be required by ordinance of the City or by the laws of the State.
