135.03 ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF LAW/PROSECUTING ATTORNEY.

(a) The position of Assistant Director of Law/Assistant Prosecuting Attorney is hereby created.

(b) The duties of the Assistant Director of Law/Assistant Prosecuting Attorney shall be determined by Council and the Director of Law.
