Council provides that whenever there are monies in the City treasury which will not be required to be used by the City for a period of six months or more, such money may, in lieu of being deposited in a bank, be invested in accordance with the provisions of section 135.14 of the Ohio Revised Code and any other applicable section of Ohio Revised Code.
