121.01 CLERK OF COUNCIL.
   (a)   The office of Clerk of Council shall be independent of the office of Director of Finance in conformity with the power vested in Council by Charter.
   (b)   The Clerk of Council shall attend all meetings of Council, keep a Journal of all Councilmanic proceedings and be the custodian of all ordinances, resolutions, communications and documents pertaining to matters coming before Council, as well as perform all other duties as required by Charter or as Council may impose by resolution or ordinance from time to time.
