SECTION XIII-2. OATH OF OFFICE.

Every officer of the City shall, before assuming the duties of office, take and subscribe to an oath or affirmation to support the Charter, Codified Ordinances and Resolutions of the City and faithfully, honestly and impartially discharge the duties of the office. This oath shall be filed in the office of the Clerk of Council.
