SECTION IX-6. BOARD OF BUILDING STANDARDS AND APPEALS.

The Council shall establish a separate Board of Building Standards and Appeals of such membership and for such terms as it may determine. All members shall be electors of the Municipality. The Board of Building Standards and Appeals shall designate one of its members as Chairperson on an annual basis.
