152.01 POSITION ESTABLISHED; QUALIFICATIONS; APPOINTMENT.

(a) There is hereby established the position of Plans Examiner. Plans Examiners shall be registered in the State, shall have at least five years of experience as a registered architect and shall meet the qualification requirements of a Plans Examiner as defined in the Ohio Building Code.
