1101.34 PARKING.

   "Parking" of motor vehicles is specifically defined as follows:

   (a)   "Off-Street Parking" or "required parking" means the amount of parking which is required by Code, which is located entirely off of the public street right of way and behind the parking setback for that particular District and which is for the exclusive use of tenants, owners or occupants without charge.

   (b)   "Parking Space" means an open paved area, not less than 180 square feet (nine feet (9') by twenty feet (20')), which is maintained for vehicle parking and which has sufficient aisle space for safe egress and ingress.

   (c)   "Structured Parking" means any multi-story structure designed for automobile parking with multiple levels for parking vehicles including parking garages, parking ramps, and parking decks.
