§ 152.001 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   This chapter is adopted pursuant to the authorization and policies contained in M.S. Chapter 103F, Minn. Regulations parts 6120.2500 through 6120.3900, and the planning and zoning enabling legislation in M.S. Chapter 462, as they all may be amended from time to time.
