A person who violates or fails to comply with above Section 803.05
(a) is responsible for a Class F Municipal civil infraction and shall be subject to the civil fines provided in Section 202.98
of ordinances and any other relief that may be imposed by the court. A person who violates or fails to comply with any other provisions of this chapter is responsible for a Class C Municipal civil infraction and shall be subject to the civil fines provided in Section 202.98
and any other relief that may be imposed by the court.
