(A) Any person violating any provision of this traffic code for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 70.03 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 per instance.
(2) Each violation of § 70.03 shall constitute a separate offense.
(3) Violators may also be subject to the provision of § 10.99 and the provisions of I.C. 9-20-18-11 and I.C. 9-20-18-12.

(C) (1) Every driver of a vehicle must obey the markings or signs posted pursuant to § 70.04.
(2) Violations of § 70.04 shall be treated as Class C infractions.
