(A) The maximum weight load which may be carried on each bridge in the county shall be the inventory weight rating established for each bridge in the then most current Bridge Reinspection Study and Report, received by the Board of Commissioners of the county.

(B) Whenever the maximum weight load for a bridge shall be less than the maximum weight load prescribed in I.C. 9-20-7-1 et seq., or subsequent applicable provisions, signs indicating the maximum weight load allowed on the bridge shall be posted in accord with the provisions of I.C. 9-20-7-3 or subsequent applicable provisions.
