(a) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this article shall be fined not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00). In the event of such conviction, such house trailer or mobile home shall also be subject to removal by the Municipality at the expense of the owner thereof.
(b) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provisions of Sections 1309.01 to 1309.05 and who refuses to comply with any lawful order of the Municipality demanding compliance with the terms of these sections shall be subject to a fine of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each day of such noncompliance.
