1717.25 APPEAL.

The Village shall promulgate a rule to facilitate a tiered appeal by any user or prospective user aggrieved by a decision, act, or inaction of the Village's Public Works Department. The Village's Public Works Department Director shall make the decision on the appeal within thirty (30) days of receiving a proper appeal. (Ord. 2015-9. Passed 11-17-15.)
