§ 253.01 DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND LABOR RELATIONS.

(A) The non-bargaining and unclassified position of Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations is hereby established.

(B) Pursuant to § 3.05 of the City Charter, the Mayor shall hire the individual to fill this position and, pursuant to § 5.14 of the City Charter, Council shall fix the compensation for this position at a later date.
