(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates any of the provisions of § 71.01 and any person who aids, abets, or assists therein, commits a Class D ordinance violation and shall be fined in a sum of $25 for the initial violation and $50 for each subsequent offense or violation occurring in the same calendar year.

(C) Anyone who violates the provisions of § 71.02 and any person who aids, abets, or assists therein, commits a Class D ordinance violation and shall be fined in a sum of $25 for the initial violation and $50 for each offense or violation thereafter occurring in the same calendar year.

(D) Any person found in violation of § 71.03 may be fined a total sum of $25 for the initial violation and $50 for each subsequent violation occurring in the same calendar year by the Town of Bainbridge.

(E) It shall be a violation of § 71.04, subject to a fine in the amount of $25 for a first violation and $50 for each offense or violation thereof occurring in the same calendar year.
