§ 71.02  STOPPING AT THROUGH STREETS AND INTERSECTIONS.
   (A)   Those streets and parts of the street(s) designated in the Schedule of Through Streets in Chapter 74, Schedule I are declared to be through streets for the purpose of this section.
   (B)   When stop signs are erected upon streets intersecting a through street at the entrances thereto or at the entrance to any intersection, every driver of a vehicle shall stop at every such sign or at a clearly marked stop line before entering the intersection, except when directed to proceed by a police officer or officer or traffic control signal.
