§ 71.04  STOP SIGNS.
   (A)   Stop signs shall be erected as set forth in Chapter 74, Schedule V.

   (B)   Every stop sign shall be manufactured and installed in conformance with the Indiana Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways as provided under I.C. 9-21-4-1 and 9-21-2-2.

   (C)   Every driver of a vehicle shall stop in obedience to the sign before entering the intersection, except when directed to proceed by a police officer or traffic control signal.
