§ 71.01  OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNALS.
   (A)   It has been determined that traffic signal installations are warranted and should be erected at the intersections and on the street and other locations designated as signalized intersection in the Schedule of Signalized Intersections in Chapter 74, Schedule III.
   (B)   The driver of a vehicle shall obey the instructions of a traffic control signal erected at a signal erected at a signalized intersection, unless at the time otherwise directed by a police officer.  The privileges and duties of a driver of a vehicle who approaches, enters, or is within a signalized intersection shall be as prescribed by state law, including I.C. 35-43-1-2.
