(a) The Master Plan prepared by Metro One Design Group, Inc., is hereby adopted as the Master Plan of the City, a copy of such Master Plan being attached to original Ordinance 98-92, passed October 13, 1992, marked "Exhibit A", and incorporated by reference herein. The Master Plan shall serve as the official policy statement of the City as to its future growth and development.
(b) The amendments to the Master Plan for the City of Avon, as prepared by North Star Planning and Design LLC, and as set forth in Exhibit “A” attached to Ordinance No. 135-07 and incorporated herein by this reference, are hereby adopted as part of the City’s Master Plan. This Master Plan, as amended, shall serve as the official policy statement of the City of Avon with reference to any issue involving its future growth and development.
