212.01 GENERALLY.

Notices required by law or ordinance to be published shall be published a minimum of one time in a newspaper of general circulation in the City.

212.02 NOTICES OF PUBLIC HEARINGS.

A notice of a public hearing required by law or ordinance to be published shall contain the title of the subject legislation or a brief description of the subject matter of the public hearing, and the time and place of the public hearing, and such notice shall be published not less than ten days prior to the public hearing.
