1331.03 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE .

   No sanitary facilities required in Section 1331.01 shall be installed without obtaining from the Building Inspector a permit therefor, the application for which shall be accompanied by a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00). Those facilities required under Section 1331.01 shall be subject to the permit and fee requirements of Chapter 1329 and relevant provisions of the Regional Codes adopted under Chapter 1301.
