1331.01 SANITARY FACILITIES IN EXISTING DWELLINGS.

   Each existing dwelling unit which becomes vacant on or after the effective date of this section (Ordinance 1973-843, passed February 11, 1974), shall, prior to occupation thereof again for residential purposes, be equipped with not less than the sanitary facilities required by the Regional Dwelling House Code adopted by this City or the Portage County Health Department, whichever has proper jurisdiction as regards public sewers or septic systems.
