925.03 WATER REVENUE FUND.

   Subject to the provisions of any indenture authorizing the issuance of revenue bonds under Article XVIII of the Ohio Constitution, for the purpose of improving the system, the utilization charges provided for in Section 925.02 shall be paid to the Director of Finance and shall be kept in a separate and distinct fund known as the Water Revenue Fund and shall be used only for purposes of paying costs of improving the system by constructing or acquiring additions or improvements thereto and paying debt service charges on notes or bonds of the City heretofore or hereafter issued for such purpose.
