(A) Clean concrete, dirt, old bricks or other materials may be accepted as beneficial fill, as determined by the gate operator. A fee for these items shall be determined by the gate operator.
(B) No paint, pesticides, batteries or tires shall be allowed.

(A) All persons shall contact the gate operator before unloading. The gate operator may refuse any load which does not comply with the regulations established for the waste site, and shall report violations of the regulations to the City Police Department.
(B) The gates to the waste site shall be locked at all times that a waste site operator is not present.

(A) (1) Fine.
(a) In accordance with the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 17-505, any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of §§ 91.01 through 91.07 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $500 for any one offense, recoverable with costs.
(b) A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of failure to comply.

(2) Abatement of nuisance.
(b) In accordance with the statutes of the State of Nebraska, including Neb. RS 18-1720, whenever in any action it is established that a nuisance exists, the court may, together with the fine or penalty imposed, enter an order of abatement as a part of the judgement in the case.

(B) Waste site. Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the regulations established in §§ 91.20 through 91.25 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined $25 for the first offense, $50 for the second offense and $100 for any third or subsequent offense.
