(A) Grass and leaves only shall be placed at the compost pile.
(B) The following shall not be placed at the compost pile:
(1) Branches;
(2) Stalks;
(3) Hedge trimmings;
(4) Garden waste;
(5) Household trash;
(6) Noncompostable items; and
(7) Any human-made materials.
(C) A separate compost pile for garden waste may be established, garden waste only may be placed at that site, and noncompostable items shall not be placed at that site.
