§ 91.21 BRUSH PILE.

   (A)   The following items may be placed at the brush pile:

      (1)   Tree trimmings;

      (2)   Brush; and

      (3)   Untreated wood.

   (B)   The following items shall not be placed at the brush pile:

      (1)   Plastics, such as bags, pop containers, buckets, vinyl siding, plastic sheeting or countertops;

      (2)   Plywood, such as paneling, exterior or interior grade, cardboard, pressed wood, masonite or any other variation;

      (3)   Treated wood, such as fence posts, railroad ties, poles, green-treated wood or pieces of scrap from deck construction;

      (4)   Garbage, such as household waste, paper, pop or milk bottles or cans;

      (5)   Grass clippings or grass and leaves mixed; and

      (6)   Garden waste, such as cornstalks, tomato vines and vegetable plants.
