§ 112.55  ILLEGAL AMUSEMENT DEVICES AND VIDEO GAMBLING TERMINALS PROHIBITED; INSPECTIONS.
   No license shall be issued for any video gaming terminal which violates the laws of the state or the ordinances of the village. All video gaming terminals shall be available for inspection by the village  Police Chief, for the purpose of ascertaining and declaring whether such laws and ordinances are complied with.
