§ 112.51  IMPOSITION OF FEE AND LICENSE.
   There is hereby imposed, on the privilege of operating every video gaming terminal in the village, an annual privilege fee and license for each such video gaming terminal. For each video gaming terminal or device, a $25 fee is required to obtain a license.
