CHAPTER 290: DISTRICT JUSTICE AND COURT OF COMMON PLEAS

Violations of township ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations are prosecuted before the Magisterial District Justice or the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County.

There are no sections in Ch. 290. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross-references and any future legislation.
