§ 1043.27 RESUBMISSION OF INCONSISTENT OR NONCOMPLIANT SWM SITE PLANS.

An inconsistent or noncompliant SWM site plan may be resubmitted with the revisions addressing the Municipal Engineer’s concerns documented in writing. It must be addressed to the municipality in accordance with § 1043.24, distributed accordingly, and be subject to review as specified in § 1043.25 of this chapter. The applicable municipal review and inspection fee must accompany a resubmission of an inconsistent or noncompliant SWM site plan.
