Editor’s note:
Ord. 491, passed May 8, 1979, constituted a portion of the township located at Drayton and Crozerville Roads, from Drayton to New Road, as Water District No. 1, and authorized the execution of a contract with the Borough of Media providing for the installation and maintenance of water lines for such District, for the payment of costs in connection therewith and for the assessment of all benefitting properties.
There are no sections in Chapter 1042. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross-references and any future legislation.
