(a) See § 202.99 for general code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.
(b) (1) A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day a violation or noncompliance continues after notice thereof to the offender as provided in § 1804.04.
(2) Where a nuisance is not abated within the time limit stipulated in the notice, the Board of Township Commissioners may cause the nuisance to be abated and shall collect the cost thereof with a penalty of 10% by suing in assumpsit, by filing a lien or in any other manner permitted by law.
