§ 1804.04 VIOLATIONS; DISCONTINUANCE UPON NOTICE.

Failure to secure a permit when required, or operating after suspension or revocation of a permit by the Board of Health, shall constitute a violation of this Health and Sanitation Code. When written notice of a violation of any of the provisions of this Health and Sanitation Code has been served upon any person, such violation shall be discontinued immediately.
