735.99 PENALTY.

   (a)    Whoever violates section 735.02, 735.05, 735.06, 735.07, 735.08(a), 735.09(b), 735.10, or any person who provides false information in the registration as described in section 735.03 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

   (b)    Whoever violates section 735.08(b) or 735.09(a) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall not be fined more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense.

   (c)    A separate offense shall be deemed to have occurred each day during or on which a violation of, or noncompliance with, any provisions of this chapter occurs or continues. A permit may be revoked by the Mayor for good cause shown.
