735.05 CARRYING AND EXHIBITING LICENSES.

The license/permit issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be carried by any peddler or solicitor at all times when peddling or soliciting and shall be displayed to any persons being solicited or to any police officer upon request. Failure to produce this permit is prima facie evidence that no permit exists.
