735.09 HARASSING OR ANNOYING PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS; TRESPASS.

(a) No solicitor, peddler or canvasser shall vex, annoy or harass any person by importuning such person to purchase or look at his or her goods or wares.

(b) No solicitor, peddler or canvasser shall enter any private house or residence without being invited to do so.
