The City Manager shall cause an annual notice to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the County notifying the residents of the requirement of this chapter. All owners or occupants of any real property located within the corporate limits of the City shall, effective the 1st day of May of each calendar year, insure all weeds, vines, grasses, shrubs or plants, as defined in Section 917.01
, are properly cut and disposed of with such frequency so as to insure compliance with Section 917.02
. Compliance with Section 917.02
is required from the 1st day of May through the 1st day of November of each calendar year.
