(a) All owners or occupants of real property located within the corporate limits of the City shall periodically cut and properly dispose of all weeds, vines, grasses or other vegetative growth growing upon such real property, so as to insure no weeds, vines, grasses or other vegetative growth exceeds eight inches. This section shall not apply to cultivated plants or growing crops.
(b) Any person owning or occupying any real property within the corporate limits of the City which has growing in, on or upon such real property weeds, vines, grasses, shrubs or plants described in Section 917.01, which exceed a height of eight inches shall be in violation of the law/statute/ordinance.
