917.01 DEFINITIONS.
   “Weeds, vines and grass” means ragweed, grasses, daises, goldenrod, burdock, yellow dock, dandelion, thistle, wild carrot, and any other shrubs, plants and vegetative growth, or other weed, vine or grass from which there may be carried by the wind any injurious, offensive or annoying pollen, dust, down, seed or particles, or any other shrubs, plants and vegetative growth which may emit said particles or conceal any filthy noxious or prohibited deposits of any material whatsoever.
