(A) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 12 months, or both. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate
offense.

(B) Violations of
§ 112.03 are deemed a violation and shall result in a fine not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
