§ 112.03 GAME ROOMS; ARCADES.
   (A)   Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      GAME ROOM OR ARCADE. A business with its primary source of revenue being that gained from the operation of video games, pin ball machines, pool tables and similar games of entertainment or chance. It shall not include bowling alleys or news stands where such revenue is incidental to the operation of such enterprise.
   (B)   Purpose. Due to the high incidence of police calls received, it is determined that it is necessary and appropriate for the Board to establish a reasonable closing time for the operation of these establishments during the late hours or twenty-four hour operation are found to create a public nuisance.
   (C)   Closing times. Game rooms/arcades shall daily close their business for operation no later than 12 o'clock midnight, and such business shall remain closed until no earlier than 9:00 a.m.
