SCHEDULE I.  ALLEY PARKING PERMITTED.
   Subject to such exceptions as are listed in Chapter 74, Schedule VII, parking is provided in the following alleys.  The Chief of Police is authorized and directed to take appropriate steps to enforce the provisions of this schedule.  The Director of Public Services is authorized and directed to install appropriate signs or curb or street markings to carry the provisions of this schedule into effect.

Alley between Carter Avenue and Central Avenue (Railroad Alley)
From 19th Street to 22nd Street and between Carter Avenue and Central Avenue with the following noted exceptions:
(1) Beginning at a point on the North side of the centerline of Railroad Alley 130 feet East from its intersection with the easterly line of 21st Street. Thence, extending in an easterly direction along the North side of the centerline of Railroad Alley for a distance of 66 feet. (Adjacent to 2124 1/2 Carter Avenue.)
(2) Beginning at a point on the North side of the centerline of Railroad Alley 86 feet from its intersection with the westerly line of 21st Street. Thence, extending in a westerly direction along the northerly side of the centerline of Railroad alley for a distance of 44 feet. (Adjacent to 2032 Carter Avenue.)
Two parking spaces in the 2100 block of Railroad Alley (Mayo Plaza), specifically spaces #3 and #4 from the 22nd Street end of the east bound lane in order to facilitate ingress and egress for King’s Daughters’ Medical Center’s (KDMC’s) ambulance service.
