Subject to such exceptions as are listed in Chapter 74, Schedule VII, parking is provided in the following alleys. The Chief of Police is authorized and directed to take appropriate steps to enforce the provisions of this schedule. The Director of Public Services is authorized and directed to install appropriate signs or curb or street markings to carry the provisions of this schedule into effect.
