No vehicle is authorized to travel on any public way designated as a snow emergency route as defined in § 72.090 when a stage 3 snow emergency has been declared by the City Manager unless the vehicle meets one of the following requirements.
(A) Equipped with snow tires.
(B) Equipped with snow chains.
(C) Equipped with 4-wheel drive.
(D) An emergency vehicle as defined by Kentucky Revised Statutes.
(E) A vehicle approved by the City Manager for travel during the snow emergency.
