§ 72.076 UNLAWFUL TO PARK IN RESERVED PARKING SPACES.
   (A)   When the signs provided herein are authorized and placed, it shall be unlawful for any vehicle, other than a vehicle which is officially identified by license plate or other official identification or distinguishing insignia as a vehicle driven by a disabled person, to stop, stand, or park within such a reserved parking space.
   (B)   Any person who does not qualify as a disabled person under the definition applied by § 72.075 who abuses the parking privilege granted by this subchapter shall be fined pursuant to the provisions outlined in KRS 189.459.
