(A) A permit issued under § 73.05 above may be revoked or modified at any time by the village if there is evidence that the permit holder cannot safely operate a motorized golf cart/UTV on the village roadways.
(B) For purposes of this section, the commission of any of the violations described in § 73.06 above constitutes evidence that the violator cannot safely operate a motorized golf cart/UTV on the village roadways.
