The tanks referred to in §§ 93.10 through 93.12 of this chapter shall comply with and be subject to all provisions of all National and State Fire Codes and regulations, and the Fire Chief shall have the power to develop any and all regulations, subject to approval of the Council, which he or she shall deem advisable for the installation and maintenance of underground storage tanks. The regulations developed by the Fire Chief shall be in printed form and available on request by any appliance desiring to see them.
